I justed posted a fairly revised Chapter 7 (linear models, design matrices, and all that). A lot of basic bug fixes (typographical errors, mostly), plus a fair number of new sections:

1. the matrix algebra behind the design matrix (simple primer on how it all works)
2. cumulative logit link functions
3. >1 classification factor ANOVA designs
4. fair bit more on effect sizes

I'd suggest at least downloading either Chapter 7 alone + the revised index.
