MARK book revisions | request for assistance

Greetings -

Following the recently completed MARK workshop in Ft. Collins, I've just uploaded new versions of everything (individual chapters, index etc). In some cases, changes are simple typographical bugfixes. In others, new sections have been added.

To give folks a chance to digest the new material, I won't post new changes until early August. In that time, I'm hoping you'll help in finding remaining typos, outright errors, and other things we should add.

If its convenient, simply email me anything you find. I probably won't reply until August, but I'll extend my thanks in advance now.
