Minor tweak to median c-hat. Currently available on this server at

Gary's server is having issues - if you use IE, you need to turn off ftp passive mode in advanced settings. If you have no idea what this means, then just point your browser at this server for now (makes little difference, obviously - the file is the same on either server).

The problems several folks have had downloading from the CSU server have now been solved - meaning, there are now to functional sites for downloading MARK:

and

http://www.cnr.colostate.edu/~gwhite/mark/mark.htm

At least one of the sites is likely to be up and running at any given point in time.
