message window appears repeatedly in bootstrap data routine

In the latest version of MARK (MARK.EXE - 08/31/2011), a small window opens and must be manually closed on each repetition of the "bootstrap data" routine.
I experience this behavior on Windows XP and Windows 7.
This can certainly be dealt with by either weighting down the "enter" key while simulations run.
But, I wondered if this might perhaps be something that can be removed.
Or, if not, I wonder what the purpose of the little "information" box might be.
Thanks for any information on this.

Probably left over dubugging code that Gary inserted when he made some recent changes. Which, brings me to the next point -- 'data bootstrapping' isn't ready for prime time (hence the debugging code). I'm not sure you should be using it as of yet.

Jay:
Evan's right -- I left a debug window in. I'll get it out and up on the web in a few minutes. I have made some modifications, documented on the web, from the original version, and I think what is now in MARK is fine as long as you understand what is going on.
