Bug with Robust Design Pradel models with N in likelihood

Postby gwhite » Thu Aug 04, 2011 3:16 pm

I just posted a new version of MARK that fixes a bug with the robust design Pradel models that include N in the likelihood. The first c of the last primary session was getting set to a log link instead of what you thought you had specified. So, if you had specified c=p for your model, you might notice that the real parameter estimate for the first c was not the same as the corresponding p estimate. They should be the same.
