Reminder you can check the time stamp of the latest build of MARK by clicking the 'check version date' option on the left-hand panel of the MARK download site:

http://www.phidot.org/software/mark/download/

This will help you determine if in fact there is a new version (relative to the time stamp of the version you're using). A more elegant approach to checking for new versions (via an option directly in MARK) is under development.
