addition to linear models chapter (6)

Just added a page or two to Chapter 6 explaining the relationship between log odds-ratios, beta terms (in linear models), and effect size. I had a couple of offline queries that prompted the new material.

You're most welcome. Its 'beta' text, so I'll probably tweak it periodically to make it clearer and more complete.
