missing .inp file (cjs3grp.inp)

I cannot locate the cjs3grp.inp file mentioned in chapter 11.7.2. I checked the MARK files and the example data files at http://www.phidot.org/software/mark/docs/book/

Please let me know if it has been renamed or if there is an alternate location for this file.
