missing indcov1.inp

I am trying to go through the simple example for individual covariates but my example folder is missing this .inp file: indcov1.inp

If anyone has a copy of this, please forward it to:holly.bogard@ec.gc.ca

Not all .inp files come with MARK. Look here

and select Example Data files instead of a book chapter. Please do a search and check FAQ before posting this type of question. It has been asked often.

The 'example data files' that accompany 'the book' (including the one you're specifically asking about) are found at the bottom of the drop-down list of chapters and such on the 'book' website.
