RMark version 1.9.1

I've posted a new version of RMark that fixes some problems with the new version of R and adds the ability to specify strata for the Multistate design per request of Jeff Hostetler. See the What's new pdf for a listing of changes in each version.

Also I added some warning to the help about exporting models to MARK. It is essential that you use export.chdata to create the .inp file for MARK and then export.models. This guarantees that the input structure for groups uses the same structure in MARK and RMark. Gary and I are working on making the link between them more transparent for the user so you can more easily use capabilities in MARK (like median chat, MCMC etc) that are not in RMark.
