updated Chapter 12 & Appendix D

I just revised (fairly substantially) the chapter on Pradel models (Chapter 12). I also fixed a basic formatting issue with the random effects, Variance components chapter (Appendix D) -- an entire table was missing (actually, it got shunted to a page after the references. LaTeX can get a bit twitchy when formatting around lots of images).

Both are now 'online'. I plan on doing a 'complete book' re-compilation and indexing within the next 2-3 weeks. For those of you who make use of said 'book as a single PDF file', you'll want to wait until the new version is posted.

Just recompiled the full 'MARK book', in both landscape (2-column) and portrait formats. The zipped up PDF file is pretty hefty: 19-20 Mb in size. Before you hit the print button, the portrait format is >900 pages (the 2 column format half that, more or less).
