RMark 1.7.2

Well I don't usually release versions this close in time but Eric Rexstad discovered and reported that I hadn't done my homework. When I added the occupancy models, I inadvertently broke the nest survival models with a misplaced brace in the code. I test the code with a set of examples before I release it, but I had not included all of the examples. From now on as I add an example, I'll add it to my test run to prevent this from happening in the future.

Also, note that Gary has slid in another occupancy model - the 2 species interaction model. So I've got more work to do there. It is a unique model in that most of the different parameter types p's and r's should be able to share columns in the design matrix. For example, time or effort might be an additive effect across all of them. Thus, I have to rethink some of this but look for it to be added in the near future.

Also, soon to follow will be a more complete example from Bret Collier on how to use the function deltamethod to compute std errors and confidence intervals of a function of parameters from the MARK output. He is going to show the example with a demonstration of the calculation by hand.
