Plot Individual Covariate button not responding

Hi There, I'm trying to plot the Individual Covariates for my top model and clicking on that button just makes the whole program stuck at "Not Responding". I'm running Program Mark 10.1 on Windows 10. Everything else works, even the other plotting buttons, the output, etc. I've tried all afternoon, shutting down and restarting the program, uninstalling and reinstalling MARK, but it is totally stuck not being able to open this plotting interface. Is this happening to anyone else? Any suggestions? Many thanks!!

If the other plot options are working, problem is most likely with your data/models. Try using the individual plots of the canonical example datasets in Chapter 11. If you can plot those, but not your own work...then, the problem is at your end, with your files/data/models.

Thank you so much! What has happened since is that I left for a couple hours and when I came back, the dialogue box finally opened and I was able to plot some graphs. When clicking on the Individual Covariate plotting button again, it opened in about 2 minutes. Not instantly, but no longer "not responding" and freezing up MARK. So I proceeded and I think all is okay now hopefully but I'll double check. Thanks again!
