Mac issues: "Check input / design matrix files"

Whenever I try to run the 'multi-method single season' model on my mac (Mac OS X 10.7.5 - Lion) I get the error message: "Presence encountered an error. Check input (.pao) and/or design matrix (.dm) files." Has anyone run into this issue on a mac and found a way to fix it? I also run windows on my computer but still couldn't get it to work. I don't think it's an issue with how I saved the file since I can get it to run on a PC. Any helpful suggestions let me know!

Thanks

Kasey,

Are you using Wine to run PRESENCE on the Mac? Or, some virtual PC software like Parallels? Are you saying that the exact same input file runs on a PC, but not the Mac? If so, my first guess is that the end of line characters are causing trouble. How did you transfer the file from PC to Mac?

If you're still having trouble, you can email it to me and I'll see if I can find the problem.
