The variance-covariance matrix is missing from my output using PRESENCE version 4.0 <111102.1004>. I have tried selecting the "Print V-C matrix" option, yet still no matrix in the output.

The problem has been resolved in the newest version (4.0 <111102.1235>). Thanks Jim.
