Assess model fit for multi-method models

Postby jackieguzy » Wed Feb 20, 2013 10:11 am

Hello,

I have had trouble using the "assess model fit" option for multi-method models. I can select the function, and enter the #of runs, but the output doesn't contain the model fit information. I assume this function is not enabled for this type of model?

If not, my plan was to try and use the MacKenzie and Bailey GOF test, but because I have many more possible histories than sampling units, I figured I'd try Darryl's shortcut viewtopic.php?f=11&t=858&p=2166&hilit=lemur#p2166

Thanks for any assistance. Much appreciated!

Hi Jackie,

I ran this model a couple of weeks ago and had no trouble running the goodness-of-fit test.....it was working then.
Good luck.

Mike,

Thanks very much for your response. Because it worked for you, I did some more digging and checked for updates. Once I upgraded to version 5.7 everything worked great.

Thanks again, I really appreciate it.
