technical problems with Royle-Nichols model

Hi, I have a technical problem with Presence - the Royle-Nichols Heterogeneity Model just stopped working. It used to work just fine, but now, independet of what model I build, I get 0 beta estimates, an 0.5 r estimate and a Lambda of 1. As I said, this is independent of covariates and also happens with models that the program ran just fine a few days ago. I have tried reinstalling the program several times, I have tried on a different computer, but without luck. I have also tried creating a new project, but after running a couple of models I started getting the same problem. Does anyone have any idea what I could do?
