Issues with importing a csv with many empty cells

Hi,

I have a data file that has a lot of empty cells, for the days sites were not sampled.
After I import the file and click on view, it does not look anything like the csv.file
I imported, with most information lost. I'm using Presence 4.0 on win 7.

Have you included a '-' or '.' (without quotes) in the empty cells of your csv file? Other option is to open the csv file withing a spreadsheet package, then copy and paste across to PRESENCE (still need '-' or '.' of course though)
