model fit for single season spatial correlation?

Postby shannonbarbermeyer » Wed Aug 26, 2009 12:36 pm

I'm running a single season, custom spatial correlation model with thta0 initial not equaling the rest of thta0's. When I select the "assess model fit" option and put in the # of runs I want - the program carries on and reports the usual output - but I can't find anything on model fit in the output. The text file is the same whether or not I check the model fit box. Is this output somewhere else or is this function not enabled for this type of model? If not, do I just judge the best model by AIC and make sure there are no error messages and maybe tweak the c-hat just to see how robust my top models would be if there was a problem with overdispersion?

Thank you!

model fit for single season spatial correlation?

Shannon,

The goodness-of-fit routine is only programmed into the single-season (without the spatial correlation) model.
