32 colomns-way too many parameters

Postby hilit » Mon Oct 06, 2008 4:20 am

Hello,
I have 32 attribute groups in one of my robust designs. The results browser indicate something like 160 parameters (in the preffered model according to the AIC's). Isn't that way too much for me to rely on it? i mean in terms of interpretation...
I have so many groups because i have 8 groups, 2 age categories and neutered and non-neutered individuals. Is this worth anything or should i "give up" on one factor (age is the least important)?
