Trouble viewing encounter histories file

Hello,

I'm a new Mark user and am having trouble viewing my encounter histories file - when I click on "View file" I get the message "Return value from WinExec=2" and am unable to open it. I've loaded the most recent version of Mark and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but this hasn't worked. I'm running the program on a laptop with Windows ME - has anyone else experienced this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, I checked it over and it seems to be okay - I wonder if its a problem with Window ME perhaps?
