Example datasets from RD chapter?

Can someone point me to a web source for the example datasets rd_simple1.inp and rd_complex1.inp as used as examples in the MARK book chapter on RD?

They are not in the Examples folder that comes bundled with the current D/L of the program, and Google can't find them.

You should have searched the forum - this has been asked several times.

All the examples used in the book (which are different from those which populate the /Examples directory that gets created when you install MARK) are in a Zip archive, which you download from the same website where you download the MARK book itself - the Zip archive is the last item you can select from the pull-down menu which lists the individual chapters.
