Input file for a multi-state robust design

Postby cnicolai » Fri Feb 23, 2007 12:54 pm

Was wondering if anyone could help me out with what exactly an input file would look like for a mult-state robust design......

I have 4 states and 3 secondary occasions for 4 years of data. My states are wintering locations for individuals and then the secondary occasions are during the breeding season. As an example, I could have an individual at in year 1 at state A, with secondary occasions 010, in year 2, state of 0, secondaries of 111, year 3 state of C, secondaries of 111, and for year 4 state A, secondaries of 011.

Can anyone show me what that example would look like for this type of model? I can think of several ways to code this, but figured I'd ask for some help.

Thanks,
