Missing data in a multi-site analysis

I am analysing multi-site (multi-strata) capture-recapture data where I have 4 sites (breeding colonies) and 4 years worth of data. For one of the colonies, however, there is no data for the first year. Is it possible using MARK to analyse all 4 sites for all 4 years even though there is no information for one of the sites in the first year?
