ERROR Code: 4

Postby constant survivor » Tue Nov 10, 2020 10:05 am

Hi,
another problem unfortunately.

Basics: 31 occasions. .inp file females only. 1 group.

When I just want to build model phi(t)p(t) I get an error message:

"Error Code: 4 [ ]
Subsystem: BASE
Function: LOG
Argument: 1131
CallStack:
MYTOPAPPWIN:APPENDOUTPUT (Line:35)
MYTOPAPPWIN:MARKSTART (Line: 37)
MYTOPAPPWIN:RUNMARKF (Line: 895)
MYTOPAPPWIN:RUNMARK (Line: 2)
APP:START (Line 1131)"

~I click Ignore ~

"Error code: 50 [ ]
Subsystem: VO-CODE
Error Subcode: 5333
Argument Number: 2
CallStack:
MYTOPAPPWIN:APPENDOUTPUT (Line:35)
MYTOPAPPWIN:MARKSTART (Line: 37)
MYTOPAPPWIN:RUNMARKF (Line: 895)
MYTOPAPPWIN:RUNMARK (Line: 2)
APP:START (Line 1131)"

~ Click Abort ~
MARK says GoodBye

I don't get this error when doing the same procedure with .inp file for same species but males only. Same structure of .inp file. Same directory. I tried different things already.

What is the problem?

Best

I suspect insufficient data for females.

Ok I thought it may be a technical problem.

so this means I cant use the separate-sex-analysis-MOM-approach we talked about (see other thread: "Calculate mean from weighted average estimates").

Any advice then?
Thanks

Send me the .inp files for males and females as separate files.
