POPAN model with each year as a group

Postby RBoys » Mon Aug 29, 2016 8:07 am

I have data over 14 years that I want to model using POPAN with each year as an attribute group. I have a total of 55 occasions over the 14 year period. However, I am unsure of how to set up my data. I have tried by using all the encounter occasions together then setting the time intervals in days between them and the attribute groups as 14 labelled as each year. However, when I run it, it comes up with an error saying that there are not enough group counts on the specified encounter history. When I look at the full output it appears that it has only split the data into 4 group counts, but I cannot find a way to specify which parts of the encounter history are for which group. Please can someone advise me?

Thank you and sorry if this is a bit of a silly question!
