I have a radio telemetry data set that spans 10 years pre-treatment, and 10-years post-treatment for 5 herds of bighorn sheep. I calculated average weekly survival rates pre-treatment, and then post-treatment - the data set was too large to calculate average daily survival rates. I later broke this down into individual herds. I used Average Weekly Survival^52 to get an average annual survival rate for each analysis. However, I do not know how to calculate the SE. Because MARK is calculating average weekly survival rates, I cannot use the Delta Method because the VC Matrix is 0. Changing the way the groups are defined likewise does not help because an average survival rate will still be calculated. Suggestions?
