floating point read error

Hi all,

I am getting the following error message in a survival set with many covariates.

ERROR -- Error with floating point read of -1.62121015826326E-

I read through the forum an saw a suggestion to use the list (when running the model) to find the presumable key punch error. I did this, but cannot find an actual error. Any advice would be appreciated.
