questions concerning analysis/theory using program MARK

nest survival graphing

Postby mcallen » Fri Dec 11, 2009 1:34 pm

When I do a nest survival vs. day of season analysis (as described in Chap 17), MARK spits out nice columns of data (with upper and lower CIs) that make it very easy to graph.

Is there a way to spit out such columns when using other covariates (e.g., grass height)? I'm guessing it has to do with the Design Matrix...

Thanks,
Mike
