Visual Fortran Error

Postby angieluis » Fri Jun 12, 2009 12:25 pm

I'm running Mark through RMark, and I've starting getting this error message:

Visual Fortran run-time error
forrtl: severe (161): Program Exception- array bounds exceeded......

I've tried re-installing the newest versions of MARK, RMark, and R and am still getting this error. Looking at the output files, sometimes it pretty much completes running, giving all the beta values, AIC, etc, and just doesn't import into R. Sometimes the output file stops after giving the -2logL (saturated) and effective sample size.

The same capture history file running the same type of models has worked fine in the past. Any suggestions?

Thanks a bunch!

Hard to tell. Offlist (jeff.laake@noaa.gov) send me your data and R code and I'll run on my machine and see if I can work it out.

In the future put RMark in the subject line so i notice it.
