Problems running robust design models

Postby maggie » Thu Nov 01, 2012 12:02 pm

Hello,
I'm running some robust design models in a dataset sorted by primary and secondary sampling occasions (8 primary and 23 secondary). I thought I had everything right until I looked to the "deviance" that is...0, in all the models. What could have happened here?

This has to do with the deviance being a measure of the current model relative to the saturated model. I think there are 'why' details in the Jolly Seber chapter of the MARKBOOK and some stuff has been posted on the list previously.
