I'm a french student who is working about the open population of grey seal (Halichoerus grypus) of Molène Archipelago (In france).
With the pradel model I estimate lambda and phi. I would like to know if it's possible to analyse the site fidelity in this study , with Mark. ( Female usually have reproduction where they are born. So the presence/absence at time i may be linked to the presence/absence at time i +1...( Markov)).
Is there a solution ?
