Median c-hat error

Postby tamarlok » Thu Dec 16, 2010 9:45 am

Hello,

I am trying to run the median c-hat procedure on a multi-state model. However, I am getting the following error message:

****
Forrtl: severe (161): Program Exception – array bounds exceeded
Image PC Routine Line Source
MARK.EXE 0051AD57 ESTMAT 867 estmat.for
****

I really cannot figure out what the problem is. Currently I am thinking that it has to do with the fact that some of the parameters (one survival, one recapture and a couple of transition parameters are fixed to either 0 or 1). The estimated (and fixed) parameters of the model are:

1:S 1:NL 1.0000000 0.0000000 1.0000000 1.0000000 Fixed

Does anybody have an idea why I'm getting this error message when trying to run the median c-hat procedure and more importantly, how to solve it?

As a side-note: I am quite convinced that it worked around a year ago, maybe on a previous version of MARK, but I cannot find a place to download this previous version to check...

Thanks in advance!!
