Can you tell MARK to analyze only part of a dataset?

Postby BMcLoone » Tue Nov 16, 2010 10:17 pm

I am running a live and dead recovery analysis. I am wondering if there is any way that I can tell MARK to analyze only part of the data in an input file. For instance, can I tell MARK, in effect, "Only run this analysis for the males"? Or do I need to create separate input files to do so?

Thank you in advance for any help.
