multi-state and MLogit

I have been trying to run a multi-state model with 29 recapture occasions and 4 states. I have been trying to use the MLogit link to group transitions to sum to 1. However, due to the number of recapture occasions and states, over 200 of these MLogit groups are required if using a time dependent model for the transititons. I have found that Mark will allow the model to run if there are 96 of these MLogit groups, but if there are 104 or more the error message "forrtl: severe(161): Program Exception - array bounds exceeded" appears. Has anyone encountered this before or used more than 100 MLogit groups successfully? Thanks!
