multi-season model with covariates

Postby Buco » Mon Jan 18, 2010 4:55 pm

Firstly, if there is a topic where the theme is the same like here, than delete this one.

I would like to ask something about multi-season model with covariates.

I work with small mammals, so i have presence-absence data. I would like to use the weather data (precipitation, temperature etc.) in the multi-season model.
So the question is, how can I build a model which use the real data and or other effects. How looks like graphical image of the model?

I hope I was understandable!
Thanks!

if you do a search for "multi-season" in the forum and read the manual (http://www.mbr-pwrc.usgs.gov/software/d ... sence.html) you'll see some (hopefully helpful) instructions and examples.

Based on your question, one thing you should think about is whether you want to model occupancy or detection (or both) with your precipitation and temperature data.

Best,

My apologies for the previous reply, I thought you'd posted this to the PRESENCE forum.
