Incompatible versions?

Postby JeffHostetler » Mon Apr 27, 2009 11:43 am

I am getting an error message when I try to run MARK models with groups defined and the latest versions? of R (2.9.0) and RMark (1.8.9). The models run fine on computers with an earlier version of R (2.8.1) installed. I've gotten the same error message in the "Burnham" and "Multistrata" modeling frameworks. The error is:

Error in if (inherits(X[[j]], "data.frame") && ncol(xj) > 1L) X[[j]] <- as.matrix(X[[j]]) :
missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed

Should I just downgrade my version of R for now?

Thanks,

Jeff

Yes this was reported to me last week. I've not upgraded to R2.9 yet. Please downgrade for the time being. I'll post to this forum when I've made fix for R2.9. --jeff

A minor change in RMark was made to accomodate release of v2.9.0 or R. Version 1.9.0 is now on the Phidot site. --jeff
