Dear list members,
I am trying to obtain an individual covariate plot with MARK from a model with 3 covariate for 2 groups.
The logit link function parameters:
Parameter Beta Standard Error Lower Upper
------------------------- -------------- -------------- --------------
1: -1.4796173 0.4241983 -2.3110460 -0.6481885
2: -0.1872119 0.2319526 -0.6418390 0.2674152
3: 6.0219131 5.4035542 -4.5690533 16.612880
4: -1.9288315 9.4666820 -20.483529 16.625866
5: 0.7127830 1.7003697 -2.6199418 4.0455077
6: -0.2693860 0.2124703 -0.6858277 0.1470557
7: -793.27652 5597.2851 -11763.955 10177.402
8: 12343.647 348.68438 11660.225 13027.068
9: 579.64661 929.73540 -1242.6348 2401.9280
10: -23.266469 111.20727 -241.23273 194.69979
Real Parameters for average covariate values:
Param Estimate Standard Error Lower Upper
------------------------- -------------- -------------- -------------- ---
1:p 0.185 0.064 0.090 0.343
2:p 0.453 0.057 0.344 0.566
3:Psi 0.652 0.261 0.163 0.947
4:Psi 1.000 0.000 1.000 1.000
When I try a plot for the first covariate in the 1st group, I got a plot with 1 straight line at the level psi = 1 (at the top of the plot).
I was thinking to get a plot where I can see, at least, the value of psi 0.65 for the average of the first covariate keeping the other covariate constant (not 1 for all the covariate values).
I would appreciate any comment that helps me to interpret the individual covariate plot.
Thank you very much in advance.
Best,
Manuel
