Error message in model output

Hi,

I'm running a series of Huggins closed capture models. When I checked the output for my simplest model p(.)=c(.) there was the following error message:

* * WARNING * * Error number 2 from VA09AD optimization routine.

Does anyone have any idea what this means? Does it mean that the model is a poor fit to the data? The numbers look ok to me.
