I'm hoping to run some 2-species occupancy models in MARK, but have not found anything about how to structure the .inp file given that there are 2 species (and have been unsuccessful in figuring it out). Is it one capture history with alternating species (e.g., ABABAB), with species grouped (e.g., AAABBB), with separate capture histories (e.g., AAA BBB), different numbers for observed states (e.g., 0,1,2,3 for neither A nor B, A not B, B not A, or A and B, respectively), or something different? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
T.J.
