Inconsistent PIMatrix and PIChart information

I am trying to fit an Open Robust Design MultiStrata model with 2 strata (breeders and skipped breeding toads)

When I look at the PI chart there are separate sets of S for the two strata. I open the PIM to open window I find ONE S-matrix, without stratum label (this is found for the other PIM open windows like phi and p). So I can not set the S to 1, 2, 3, and 4 (5 capture sessions) in both strata. When I check PIchart there are still two rows of S, one 1-4, one labelled 5-8. Next time I open the PIM open window there are two identical lines labelled "Survival parameter (S) Groiup 1". If I open both, they both contain 1-4 in the triangular matrix. However, still no stratum label and still 1-4 and 5-8 for the two S strat in the PIchart.

So how can I set S for the two strate identical? Or is this a bug? Or can somebody figure out what mistake I did.

I use the MARK.EXE from 2007-01-29
