DEER.INP File Missing

Hi,

I was trying to work through the "cost of breeding" example in chaper 9, but I cannot find the DEER.INP file in the example folder. I downloaded the most recent version of MARK, just to make sure I didn't have an out-dated file, but it's not there either. Any one have a copy they could send me?

The book data sets don't come with MARK. You can download all the book data sets from the website with the book. I overlooked it also and Evan pointed it out to me.
